Description Clearspring Organic Oolong Tea is grown in the hills around Kyoto and Kyushu, areas known for their ideal climatic and soil conditions which produce some of the best tea in Japan. Referred to as Blue Tea, it falls halfway between a black and a green tea. The production process involves partially fermenting the tea and then steaming it to capture the unique balance of rich and soothing flavours. Oolong tea is particularly popular in the East for drinking after mealtimes. Teabags are non-GM, free from plastic & staples, and their strings are 100% organic cotton.
