Description An early season spring honey. The nectar gathered in the spring, especially from rapeseed, is higher in glucose than in fructose – a sugar that is much quicker to crystallise. The colour of vanilla fudge, soft and mellow. The perfect consistency for spreading and delicious on wholemeal toast, crumpets and croissants.
