Description Niacinamide (also known as Vitamin B3) is an antioxidant that helps combat skin ageing and helps smooth out uneven skin tone. Hyaluronic Acid encourages skin renewal as well as rehydrates and plumps the skin, which minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. MooGoo choose to avoid repeated exposure to ingredients like Parabens, Phenoxyethanol and penetration enhancers. MooGoo serums are safe to use around the eye area. However, MooGoo recommend applying the serum to the orbital bone around the eye, not directly on the eyelids.
